We are looking for a Construction Laborer/Installer to join our growing team.
Ideal candidates are able-bodied individuals who want to work with their hands, work very hard, and are not afraid to get dirty.
There is no need to know any trade.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner, including loading, transporting, and delivering material to job sites.
Maintain company material handling equipment in safe and good working condition.
Lift and carry material as needed.
Perform labor on the job site as necessary.
Work effectively to meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean driving record and abide by all transportation laws.
Be mindful of parking work vehicles when on job site to avoid penalties.
Must be able to work in the US.
Prerequisites include:
A valid driver's license A high school diploma or equivalent or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Ability to follow company production and safety procedures Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers Ability to print and speak simple sentences Physical Requirements include:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time The employee will be required to work year-round in all weather conditions.
Must be willing to perform various tasks such as jackhammering, digging, mixing concrete, and carrying heavy panels.
The employee will be required to work in tight crawl spaces and/or attics as required.
Learn to use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
