Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Daily outbound calls to customers, both meeting and exceeding set goals Heavy phone and email customer contact, with an increased caseload over time Follow up on unsold sales proposals.
Verifying the overall customer experience exceeded expectations.
Act as the liaison between customers and sales reps Provide sales marketing materials to customers.
Assist sales reps in receiving signed proposals and customer deposits.
Communicate install dates from production with customers.
