Responsibilities of the Sales Pro:
Learn the sales program inside and outTeach it to othersAttend regular training meetings to continually train and support othersRole play with salespeople (sales process, presentations, objections, etc.
)Ride with the other salespeople to see how they prepare, and engage with homeownersCelebrate sales success- create a culture of winningRecruit more salespeopleTreat the business as if it was yours, including overall attitude, care, handling of personnel, efficient use of company funds, resources, and provide solutionsFulfilling duties that arise and are assigned by VP to improve, enhance, or expand the companyExcellent coordination with stakeholdersProviding regular reports on progressBrown Roofing Company, Inc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
