Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Handle outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systemsNote:
