Contractor Nation Partnerships is a basement waterproofing, foundation repair, concrete leveling industry, and we have dealers across the country that we own! On the B-2-C (Business to Customer) side of the business we are poised for accelerated growth.
We are building our company and looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our team.
Primary job duties and &
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have experience in full cycle accounts receivable processing including collections, payment processing, discrepancy resolution, correct billing, coding, preparation of monthly statements and monitoring of AR Aging.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries related to AR and reconcile customer accounts Responsible for customer account adjustments Maintain and apply cash receipts to customer accounts across multiple locations Responsible for compiling billing data and preparing company invoices for multiple entities Perform collection calls and contact customers regarding outstanding balances Provide excellent customer service to internal staff, as well as external clients Must have a basic comprehension of accounting principles and general ledger Prepare journals entries where necessary What You Have:
AAS/BS degree preferred (or equivalent work experience) 3
years of experience in accounts receivable and general accounting Intermediate MS Excel skills a plus, including v-lookups and pivot tables Thorough understanding of applicable accounts receivable procedures and general ledger chart of accounts QuickBooks experience a plus Excellent internal and external customer service skills Strong accuracy and attention to detail Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team What We Offer:
