Customer Service Representative
CoWorx Staffing is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives for our reputable client within the Seymour, CT area.
Positions are temp to hire with competitive hourly pay rate and commission plan schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, emails, TXT, and live chat from customers - Navigate a variety of computerized system programs and multiple screens.
(Existing and future programs) - Assist the customers to understand our service and schedule the appointments.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to management - Following through on lead opportunities.
- Proficiently and accurately capture customers' situations and details.
- Develop rapport with customers, with an upbeat and positive attitude - Offer solutions- not excuses Desired Background/Skills:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (required) - 1 year of call center (required) - Basic knowledge of computers i.
e.
navigation, copy/paste, open tabs, emails, etc.
- Detail oriented - Ability to be an active listener - Friendly, confident, self-starter, and team player - Strong verbal and written communicator - Positive and quick troubleshooter - Goal driven mentality Other Information:
Hours:
- Schedules for positions vary from days of the week and hours worked.
- Seeking candidates available Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday.
- Hours may be 12pm-8pm or 1pm-9pm.
